SLU Connect Live: Environment and Energy Careers Networking Reception
Laurentian alumni and parents working in environmental and energy sectors (including alternative and traditional energy, conservation, land management, non-profit/public sector, research, urban planning etc.) are invited to share your experience with current students during the SLU Connect Live: Environment and Energy Careers Conversations. This virtual event will connect Laurentians working in the these industries, while introducing them to students interested in the field. While we cannot gather in person, we are excited to offer a series of virtual programs that will connect our students with the Laurentian network, allow them to learn from industry experts, and expand their knowledge of career options.
Special Guest Speaker:
J.T. Horn '93
Senior Project Manager and National Trails Initiative Lead at The Trust for Public Land (TPL)
Participants will take part in three interactive break-out rooms and connect with various groups of Laurentians in environmental and energy sectors.
